My affection for ceramics grew from my appreciation for the craft. For me, ceramics is one of the purest forms of design, it is an interaction between just my hands and the clay. It also fascinates me how many different techniques, methods and options there are within the field of clay.

I share a studio with my friend, Anton Proost, a skilled craftsman who experiments with wood and a variety of materials. Here our creative ideas are given free rein and we inspire each other in our shared enthusiasm for craftsmanship.
